What started as a leap of faith for twin sisters Dr. Rosanne Morgan and Alecia Morgan has now grown into a thriving dental brand rooted in compassion, excellence, and community. The sisters behind SmileCross Dental, originally based in Schoharie, New York, have officially celebrated the grand opening of their second location in Middletown, marking another exciting chapter in their journey.

The grand opening took place on September 19, complete with a ribbon-cutting ceremony hosted by the Orange County Chamber of Commerce, community guests, and local supporters. The new office began welcoming patients at the end of October.

Dr. Rosanne and Alecia’s paths to opening SmileCross Dental were anything but ordinary.
While Rosanne pursued her passion for dentistry—earning her degree after years of hard work and dedication—Alecia built a career in banking, customer service, and healthcare. Though she initially planned to work on Wall Street, Alecia found her true calling when she joined her sister in managing the business side of the practice.

Together, they turned a vision into reality—first by taking over a retiring dentist’s practice in Schoharie, and now by expanding their reach to serve more New York families.

“The best thing about working together is that we lean on each other,” Dr. Rosanne shared. “We have no family here other than each other. She can depend on me, and I can depend on her.”

Their partnership is the heartbeat of SmileCross Dental—a name inspired by both their faith and their commitment to creating smiles across their community.
